Michael D. Crawford, M.D., F.A.C.S. received his medical degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown. He completed his Otolaryngology residency at West Virginia University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and a Fellow of American Academy Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
